◼️ご使用上の注意点

・紗紗xiaxia hijab Japanの商品は全て洗濯可能です。洗濯方法については同封の説明書を必ずお読みください。

・アンティーク着物は、2度クリーニング後全て解いて生地にし、ヒジャブに仕立てています。完成後に再度クリーニングし、製品にしています。

■アンティーク着物について
・アンティーク着物にはピンホールという小さな穴やホシと呼ばれる経年や染めムラによるシミ等がある場合がございます。
ヒジャーブとして使用する面積が大きいためどうしてもホシ・シミ等が在る場合がございます。
また、クリーニングをしておりますがあくまでアンティーク着物は「古着」ということをご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。


・大正〜昭和初期の着物には素材表示がございません。模様や手触りからその着物の時代、生地を推測するより方法が無く素材の判定は非常に難しい旨ご理解下さい。

・ハンドメイド作品のため仕立てのムラや荒さが気になる方はご遠慮下さい。

・商品の色がなるべく変わらないよう掲載していますが、閲覧環境により画像のお色とは若干異なる場合がございます。

■ギフトについて
当店の商品は全てラッピングさせて頂いております。

※ギフト直送の場合は
封筒の送り主は「紗紗 xiaxia hijab Japan作家氏名+住所」となります。
封筒に【●●様からご依頼いただいた贈り物です。（ご依頼主様のお名前・ご住所）】
と記載したメモを貼付いたします。


◼️発送について
発送は基本的に郵便局のレターパックライト（追跡、郵便ポスト投函）でのご郵送となります。
※商品の点数によってはレターパックプラス、定形外郵便での発送となりますが、それによる料金は発生致しません。

◼️返品について

お客様の都合による返品・キャンセルは原則としてお受け出来ません。
また、セール品の返品・交換はお受けいたしません。

商品到着時の破損、商品違い等の場合は商品到着日より14日以内にご連絡下さい。

【About Antique Kimono】
Hijabs of 紗紗 xiaxia hijab Japan shop made by "Antique Kimono".

"Antique Kimono" refers to Kimono made before the beginning of the Showa period and particularly in good condition.
"Antique Kiomono" were made when Japanese people wore kimono everyday, so most of them were well sewed, dyed, and devised for putting on easily.

We washed "Antique Kimonos" carefully before make it hijab,However, the texture of "Antique Kimono" may remain(ex. cloth scratches, holes, spots, fading etc...). Please acknowledge it.

Since the area where the antique kimono is used as a hijab is large, there may be stains, holes, etc. inevitably.


・We will manufacture it manually after receiving a
request for product order. It may take up to one week until goods arrive.

・As this hijab is a handmade work, scratches and holes etc may remain.

・Although it posts so that the color of the item is not changed as much as possible, it may be slightly diff-erent from the color of the image depending on the viewing environment.


【About gift wrapping】
All of our products are gift-wrapped.

【Shipping】
Basically, we ship by Letter Pack Light (trackable and postage-paid).
Depending on the number of items, we may ship by LetterPack Plus or non-standard size mail, but there will be no charge for this service.

【return of puroducts】
This company doesn't accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.
We won't accept any returns or exchanges unless the products are faulty.

In the case of damage on goods arrival, product differences etc. Please contact within 14 days from the
